PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-treating device of exhaust gas by which particulates and NOX discharged from a diesel car are removed at the same time. SOLUTION: This post-treating device of exhaust gas is provided with a first filter unit 1 and a second filter unit 2 arranged in parallel and respectively contg. an NOX occluding agent and an NOX decomposing agent. Further, this post-treating device is furnished with an exhaust gas introducing pipeline 3 in which the exhaust gas introduced from its one end and the other end is branched and connected to the first filter unit 1 and second filter unit 2. A switching valve 4 for switching the exhaust gas passages is provided to the branched part of the exhaust gas introducing pipeline 3.
