<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity of hinge sections by constituting a lid device of a cover section and a pair of hinges integrally formed in the cover section and bridging a reinforcing member between the free end sections of both hinges. SOLUTION: The external shape of the lid device 24 is composed of a cover section 25 and a pair of hinges 26 integrally formed to the cover section 25. Fitting projections 27 are projected from the free end sections of each hinge 26, and the lid device 24 is molded of a PP resin. A reinforcing member 29 is bridged between the free end sections of both hinges 26-that is, on the axis of rotation of the lid device 24, and a section between the free end sections of both hinges 26 is connected. The reinforcing member 29 has strength increasing rigidity in the cross direction of both hinges 26 while simultaneously having elasticity, in which the reinforcing member 29 is bent properly when a certain constant force is applied by a finger and the reinforcing member is pinched. Accordingly, the rigidity of the hinges is improved while the unstable state of pitches between the hinges by deformation at the time of molding can be prevented.</p> |
