RESIN COMPOSITION FOR TONER AND TONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a resin composition exhibiting balanced performances of excellent low-temperature fixity and offset resistance and a toner. SOLUTION: This resin composition for a toner comprises a thermoplastic polyester resin as a main component and 1-20 wt.% of an ethylene/an unsaturated ester/(meth)acrylic acid diglycidyl ester copolymer having the composition of 30-90 wt.% of ethylene, 5-60 wt.% of the unsaturated ester and 1-20 wt.% of (meth)acrylic acid glycidyl ester. This toner is obtained by using the resin composition for a toner.
