摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for wiring connecting between a fluid control system and an electrical control system, by making them into forming a module. CONSTITUTION:The fluid control system (a) is a system being formed by making plural solenoid valves 3 into the module by laminating them on a subplate 2 on which plural running paths 1 are formed. When an output signal from a host computer HC is a signal to control the solenoid valve 3 connected to a computer terminal 6, the signal is sent from a terminal 5 to the terminal 6. In addition to that, since a mechanism is constituted so that the output signal of the host computer HC is transferred to the computer terminals 5-7 in series, the wiring between them can be reduced. So that the solenoid valves 3 in the fluid control system and the computer terminals 5-7 in the electrical control system are made into the module, it is possible to omit the wiring from the terminals 5-7 to the solenoid valves 3, and the terminals are connected only to the host computer HC, thereby, a work to connect the terminals to the sole noid valves 3 is eliminated, then, installation efficiency can be improved.
