PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services in accordance with communication capability and to deal with modified data even when various processing capabilities of terminals and plural communication infrastructures coexist under a network environment where various kinds of terminals are connected. SOLUTION: A server computer 1 is provided with an information exchange unit 10, and service information provided as an application service based on terminal attribute is converted into a specified format on the basis of the attribute of terminal information and transmitted. Relative differences in processing capabilities of a variety of terminal equipment 31, 41 and 51 are absorbed, application services can be provided and, by performing information exchange into a specified format on the basis of the attribute of a communicate network to which the terminal is connected, the relative differences in communication capabilities of communication networks 30, 40 and 50 are absorbed and application services can be provided. Also, even if data format on the side of the terminal is different from that of the application services, it is changed into the data format that can be used by the application services, and update of a variety of data of the application services from the terminal side is enabled. |
