摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively arrange many lines on the same plane and to improve the packing density at a low cost by transmitting plural signals accordant with the number of electromagnetic connections via these connections which are secured between a balanced microstrip line of a rotor and a fixed balanced microstrip line. SOLUTION: Every phase shifter 301 adjusts the electrical length of every balanced microstrip line 300. The lines 300 are bonded on or embedded into a dielectric substrate 302. Then every shifter 301 is inserted between the lines 300 and adjusts the phase to change the apparent electrical length of the lines 300 and to shift the dead points of the lines 300. Thus, the communication is attained with desired signal frequency. In other words, an antenna line consists of the balanced microstrip lines 300 to reduce the leakage of bidirectional electromagnetic fields. As a result, many lines can be formed on the same plane in comparison with a case where a single microstrip line is used.</p>
