PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a battery effectively without increasing the vehicle weight by joining the openings at the opposite ends of first and second ducts each other when both terminals are joined together. SOLUTION: A first duct D1 of specified length is extended from a fan 7 toward a carrying vehicle 1 and a second duct D2 conducting between the outer wall 9 of the carrying vehicle 1 and a battery case 3 is provided. The carrying vehicle 1 is stopped by a specified stopper and the horizontal and vertical positions of each opening of the ducts D1, D2 are set such that each opening is fitted and joined when a power supply truck 5 moves toward the carrying vehicle 1 and arrives at a specified position. In this state, flanges 11, 12 are secured to each opening of the ducts D1, D2 and terminals T1, T2 are secured in the flanges 11, 12 by means of pins 13, 14 in respective ducts D1, D2. |
