PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform item allocating operation for determining an operator put in charge of the processing of an item. SOLUTION: An operator who logs in (101) on an interaction terminal extracts items allocated to the operator and unallocated items and makes a list display (102). When the operator presses a new item generation button (103), free items are displayed (105); when item information is inputted (106) as the contents of the free items, item information is registered (107), the trend of the item information is analyzed (108) by using the key word classification information, and the similarity between the trend of the item information and the trend of the skillfulness of the operator is analyzed (109) by using registered operator skillfulness information to register (110) the similarity index obtained as a result of the analysis. When an unprocessed item is selected (111) from the said list display and allocation is selected (112 and 113), the registered similarity index regarding an unprocessed item is extracted, a list of allocated candidates having their operator's names rearranged in the increasing order of the indexes is displayed (114), and when an operator is selected (115) from the list, information managing the item is updated (116) according to the operator's name. |
