PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the liquid crystal display panel having excellent display quality and stable quality by interposing conductive particles subsided in at least one electrode at a conductive part between a counter substrate side electrode and an array substrate side electrode. SOLUTION: An array substrate AR is constituted by providing a gate insulation film 12 on the insulate substrate 11 of the array substrate composed of glass and a wiring electrode 12a for counter potential supply and a counter potential supply electrode 13b on the upper layer. Also, a counter substrate CF is constituted by forming a transparent common electrode 15 on the insulation substrate 14 of the counter substrate. In the meantime, in carbon paste 17, the conductive particles 16 whose diameter is about 6.5μm are mixed in the ratio of 3 wt.%. As for the conductive particles 16, the ones for which nickel plating is executed to the surfaces of spherical particles made of resin and gold plating is executed on the outer side are used. Then, the conductive particles 16 are interposed between the counter potential supply electrode 13b and the transparent common electrode 15. At the time, the conductive particles 16 are subsided in the counter potential supply electrode 13b formed of aluminum.
