<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility for program change, correction or the like without causing increase of a chip size. SOLUTION: For storage of an instruction word composing a program, a program ROM 2 and a program RAM 3 are provided. Here, the program ROM 2 is made to store an instruction word in which a function is established without occurrence of change, correction or the like and the program RAM 3 is made to store an instruction word in which the change, correction or the like are possible to occur, thus the change, correction or the like of the instruction ward are facilitated and miniaturization of a chip size is attained.</p> |
