PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive a PHS bearer service at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a CPU 12 discriminates that a data amount to be sent is decreased and a transmission rate is lower than 32 kbit/s, when a 64 kbit/s bearer service using both radio channel communication processing sections 6a, 6b is served, the CPU 12 controls a radio channel changeover section 7 for connecting a personal computer 21 and one radio channel via either of the radio channel communication processing sections 6a, 6b. As a result the 64 kbit/s bearer service using the two radio channels transits to a 32 kbit/s bearer service using one radio channel. Since the using charge of the 64 kbit/s bearer service is set higher, the charge is reduced by transiting to the 32 kbit/s bearer service. |
