PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reliable prevention of a lift in a grommet through a simple operation of pivoting a grommet pressing piece to engage an engagement part with a lock part after the grommet is fitted in a grommet fitting hole. SOLUTION: A grommet pressing piece 13 is extended via a hinge 12a to a shaft 12 projected from a side wall of a lower casing 11 on one side of a grommet fitting hole 4, an engagement part 14 is provided at a tip end of the pressing piece 13, and a lock part 15 to be engaged or disengaged to or from the engagement part 14 when the pressing piece 13 is turned to a position where detachment of a grommet 10 is prevented is provided on the other side of the grommet fitting hole 4. |
