PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping device for two groups of objective lenses efficiently damping vibration of a second objective lens with respect to a first objective lens. SOLUTION: In the two groups of objective lenses 50 having the first objective lens 51 and the second objective lens 52 arranged in a serial relation with the first objective lens 51 in the optical axial direction and displaceably supported to the first objective lens 51, a damping permanent magnet 20 arranged on one side side of the first objective lens 51 and the second objective lens 52 and a conductor 30 arranged on the other side side are provided so as to be confronted with each other in the optical axis L direction. |
