1. A phytomicrobicidal composition comprising component I, which is a compound of the formula I in which: X is CH or N; R is CH3 or cyclopropyl; Y is H, F, Cl, Br, CF3, CF3O, propargyloxy; Z is H, F, Cl. CF3,CF3O; or Y and Z together are a methylenedioxy, a (difluoromethylene)dioxy, an ethylenedioxy, a (trifluoroethylene)dioxy or a benzo group; and wherein component II is a compound selected from the group consisting of IIA) methyl-N-(2-methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)DL-alanynate (metalaxyl), IIB) methyl-N-(2-methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)D-alanynate (R-metalaxyl), IIC) methyl-N-(2-furoyl)-(2,6-xylyl)-DL alanynate (furalaxyl), IID) methyl-N-phenylacetyl-N-2,6-xylyl-DL-alanynate (benalaxyl), II) (+-)-α-(2-chlorine-N-2,6-xylylacetamido)-γ-butyrolactone (ofurace), IIF) metoxy-N-(2-oxo-1,3-oxazolidine-3-yl)acet-2',6'xylidilyl (oxadixyl), IIG) 1-(2-cyano-2-metoxyiminoacetyl)-3ethylurea (cymoxanil) and IIH) ethylenebis (dithiocarbamate)-polymeric complex of manganese and zinc (mancozeb), in combination with a suitable carrier, wherein the weight ratio of I:II =25:1-1:20. 2. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein in formula I: X is CH or N; R is CH3 or cyclopropyl; Y is H, F, Cl, Br, CF3, CF3O, propargyloxy; Z is H, F, Cl, or Y and Z together are α methylenedioxy, a (difluoromethylene)dioxy, an ethylenedioxy, α (trifluoroethylene) dioxy or a benzo group; and wherein component II is a compound selected from the group consisting of: IIA) methyl-N-(2-methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)DL-alanynate (metalaxyl), IIB) methyl-N-(2-methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)D-alanynate (R-metalaxyl), IIC) methyl-N-(2-furoyl)-(2,6-xylyl)-DL alanynate (furalaxyl), IID) methyl-N-phenylacetyl-N-2,6-xylyl-DL-alanynate (benalaxyl), II) (+-)-α-(2-chlorine-N-2,6-xylylacetamido)-γ-butyrolactone (ofurac) and IIF) metoxy-N-(2-oxo-1,3-oxazolidine-3-yl)acet-2', 6'xylidilyl (oxadixyl). 3. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component II is IIA) metalaxyl or IIB) R-metalaxyl. 4. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component II is IIG) cymoxanil. 5. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (25) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-methyl-4-chlorobenzyl)imino]oxy)-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 6. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (24) methyl 3-methoxy-2-[α-{[(α-methyl-3-trifluoromethylbenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]acrylate. 7. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (06) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-methyl-3,4-(difluoromethylenedioxy)benzyl)imino]-oxy]-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 8. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (32) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-methyl-3-trifluoromethoxybenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 9. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (29) methyl 3-methoxy-2-[α-{[(α-methyl-3,4-(difluoromethylcnedioxy)-benzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl] acrylate. 10. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (09) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-cyclopropyl-4-fluorobenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 11. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (26) methyl 3-methoxy-2-[α-{[(α-methyl-4-chlorobenzyl)immo]oxy}-O-tolyl]acrylate. 12. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (18) methyl 3-methoxy-2-[α-([(α-methyl-3-trifluoromethoxybenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]acrylate. 13. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (35) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-methyl-3-trifluoromethylbenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 14. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (15) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-cyclopropyl-4-chlorobenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 15. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (36) methyl 3-methoxy-2-[α-{[(α-cyclopropyl-4-chlorobenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]acrylate. 16. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (12) methyl 3-methoxy-2-[α-{[(α-methyl-3,4-methylenedioxybenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]acrylate. 17. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (37) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-cyclopropyl-4-trifluoromethylbenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 18. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein component I is the compound: (38) methyl 2-[α-{[(α-cyclopropyl-4-trifluoromethoxybenzyl)imino]oxy}-O-tolyl]glyoxylate-O-methyloxime. 19. A composition according to Claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of I:II=20:1-1:10. 20. A composition according to Claim 19, wherein the weight ratio of I:II=12:1-1:8. 21. A method of controlling and preventing plant diseases, which comprises treating a locus infested with, or at risk from, fungi with component I and component II according to Claim 1, in any sequence or simultaneously, wherein the weight ratio of I:II=25:1-1:20. 22. A method according to Claim 21, wherein plants or parts of plants are treated which are at risk from Oomycetes. 23. A method according to Claim 21, wherein grapevines arc treated. 24. A method according to Claim 21, wherein potatoes arc treated. 25. A method according to Claim 21, wherein vegetables and fruit are treated. 26. A method according to Claim 21, wherein plant propagation material is treated. 27. Plant propagation material, which has been treated according to Claim 26. |
