Disk (10) and tape (11) players are fitted together in a rectangular casing (1) able to fit in a predetermined space in a car. Disk inserting slot (4) is fitted above and to the left of cassette inserting slot, and disk drive motor (17) is fitted in front of tape drive motor (16). The bottom surface of the disk drive motor lies on a level below that of the upper surface of the tape drive motor.
