FIELD: ventilation of living spaces. SUBSTANCE: device has air intake preferably made of metal, plastic, or any other air-tight material for tight attachment to wall about inner bore of valve and divided into outdoor and indoor intercommunicating chambers. Lamp holder incorporating power supply is secured to air intake so that atmospheric air flows about lamp which heats it up before it leaves air intake and enters living space.
