SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of intravesical part of ureter in movable part, on rear wall of urinary bladed, for which purpose, mucous-submucous graft is cut out by incision edging of ostium ureteris towards opposite ossium ureteris. Edges of graft are sutured and formed tube is coated with mucous-submucous layer of urinary bladder. EFFECT: provision of passage of urine from kidney to urinary bladder. 18 dwg
