FIELD: fire-protective materials. SUBSTANCE: material contains at least one outside layer of aramide fire-resistant fibers and adjacent layer of non-fire-resistant synthetic and/or natural fibers. The two layers are attached to each other. Material additionally contains 10 to 50% of elastomer polymer binder based on organofluoric organochloric compounds selected from group including hexafluoropropylene-vinylidene fluoride copolymer, vinylidene fluoride- perfluoromethyl vinyl ether copolymer, vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride copolymer, divinyl-vinylidene chloride copolymer.
