PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic copolymer compsn. excellent in mechanical strength, transparency, heat resistance, flexibility and weatherability and comprises only pure olefin component contg. no arom, vinyl compd. like styrene. SOLUTION: This olefinic copolymer compsn. contains following (A) and (B), and the content of (B) is 0.01-5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. (A). (A) An olefin copolymer obtd. by copolymn. of not less than 2 olefins having not less than 6 total carbon number and selected from the group consisting ethylene, propylene, and 4-20Cα-olefins. (B) (B-1) and/or (B-2) shown below, (B-1) A benzotriazol type light stabilizer having a benzotriazol framework and mol.wt. of 100-5,000, (B-2) A hindered-amine type light stabilizer having a piperidyl group in its molecular framework and mol.wt. of not less than 200.
