PCT No. PCT/JP96/01925 Sec. 371 Date Jan. 9, 1998 Sec. 102(e) Date Jan. 9, 1998 PCT Filed Jul. 10, 1996 PCT Pub. No. WO92/03323 PCT Pub. Date Jan. 30, 1997An apparatus uniformly heats a plurality of foods in addition to controlling the temperatures of the foods. The heat source has input means, a plurality of temperature detectors, comparison means, and control means. The apparatus detects temperatures of at least two foods, namely one near to the heat source and another far from the heat source by using the temperature detection means, and controls the output of heat from the heat source by comparing these two temperatures with the set-temperature. The apparatus can raise the temperature of foods of lower temperature while maintaining the foods of high temperature at the set-temperature. The plurality of foods can be thus uniformly heated.
