PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transplantation of Muscineae and simply green the rooftop and shipboard, etc., by using Muscineae. SOLUTION: Miscineae is cultured in water-permeable fiber gathering layer 12 laid on a water-permeable porous layer 11. A tufted pile fabric is used in the water-permeable fiber gathering layer 12 and the tufted pile fabric is carried on the paneled water permeable porous layer 11 charged so as to provide yarn bundle 16 in a water tank 23 partitioned in a partition material and Miscineae is preferably cultured on the tufted pile fabric.
