PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items and to obtain freedom in designing a breather chamber by mounting a ring shaped article in a ring shaped recess part of a case wall and by providing a space communicating to a case inner hole through a communication hole between a wall face of a case and the mounting face of the article. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic coil 22 is inserted in a ring shaped recess 27 between a boss 25 projecting to the left integrally with a case 3 and a peripheral wall 26 so that it is mounted perpendicular to an input shaft 5 and a gear 13 on the right hand side. Though a back face 28 of the electromagnetic coil 22 is in contact with a space 29 of the case 3 on a wide face, a space 30 is partially provided which is not in contact and, above the space 30, a breather 35 is mounted so that it communicates to outside. Thus, by using the ring shaped article as a buffer plate, the number of parts can be reduced, and freedom in designing a breather chamber can be obtained.
