PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exterior parts of a process cartridge from being soiled by of floating toner in the case of developing. SOLUTION: The floating toner is prevented from electrostatically adhering to the process cartridge. As to a concrete method; the exterior parts of a frame body 63 and a shutter 201 are constituted to electrification preventing resin. Electrification preventing films 21Bz, and 201z are struck to the parts of the exterior parts of the body 63 and the shutter 201 where the toner may not adhere. The toner floating in the case of the developing is prevented from electrostatically adhering by constituting a developing device, the frame of the process cartridge and the part or the whole of the shutter of the electrification preventing resin. The toner is prevented from electrostatically adhering by sticking the electrification preventing film to the developing device, the frame of the process cartridge, and the surface of the shutter, besides not only the part on which electrification preventing processing is performed can be an optional range, but the part is not limited by a material. |
