PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain consumable goods and an imaging apparatus in which abrasion of pins to be engaged with a carriage can be minimized. SOLUTION: A carriage 14 engages a screw roller 13 slidingly through a bearing 24 formed at a hooked corner. A plurality of contacts 25, an engaging hole 26, and stop clicks 27a, 27b are formed at the hooked vertical part of the carriage 14. When a cartridge 16 is pushed toward the vertical part of the carriage 14 as shown by an arrow B and fixed in place, the contacts 25 connect the driving part of the print head in the cartridge 16 with a flexible able 15 and the stop clicks 27a, 27b secure the cartridge 16 rigidly into the carriage 14 thus fitting the drive guide pin 28 of the cartridge 16 in the screw groove 13-1 of a screw roller 13 through the engaging hole 26. When screw roller 13 is rotated forward and reversely, the carriage 14 is reciprocated through the drive guide pin 28 of the cartridge 16. |
