<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment with which a malfunction just after the start of power feeding can be prevented even when a power supply voltage does not rapidly rise. SOLUTION: Power generated by a thermoelectric converting element 102 is stored through a booster circuit 103 and a diode 104 for reverse flow prevention to a secondary battery 105. At the same time, power feeding to a control circuit 106 and an electronic equipment body circuit 107 is started. With the rise of the power supply voltage, the control circuit 106 of a low threshold voltage starts operating, outputs a control signal and stops the operation of the electronic equipment body circuit 107. When the power supply voltage further rises and reaches a voltage enabling the normal operation of the electronic equipment body circuit 107, the control circuit 106 performs control so as to operate the electronic equipment body circuit 107.</p> |
