COMMUNICATION SYSTEM TO SEND VIDEO SIGNAL AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the communication system to send a video signal under enhanced dynamic control and its method. SOLUTION: A communication system 100 includes a video transmission unit 102 that communicates a video signal to a video reception unit 104 on a video communication link 107. A receiver side user can dynamically control use of resource of a received video signal and its quality by feeding back of user entry data from the video reception unit 104 to the video transmission unit 102. More specifically, the receiver side user controls dynamically the trade-off between connection cost and the quality. This invention is suitable for a communication system where a common resources are shared among a plurality of users but is not limited to this application only.
