THRUST BEARING ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a transmission package in a small type, and facilitate installation by arranging the proper thrust surface for a clutch in a thrust bearing. SOLUTION: A first thrust washer 12 has an outside lip 24 in the radial direction. The lip 24 turns inward in the shaft direction to unitedly fix a roller 16 and the first thrust washer 12. A second thrust washer 14 turns inward in the shaft direction, and has an inside lip 28 in the radial direction to unitedly fix a holder containing roller and the second thrust washer 14 by being wound round a holder 26. The second thrust washer 14 has two slots 32 turning outward in the radial direction of a second orbit 20. A third thrust washer 22 extends outward in the radial direction of a second orbit to be joined to a clutch holder or the other member separate from a housing for receiving the second thrust washer 14. A third thrust washer is mechanically fixed to the second thrust washer by a snap type joining assembly.
