PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operation near an ordinary temperature, to miniaturize a mobile fuel cell and to make it lightweight by accelerating the chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen with the magnetic line of force, and increasing a power generation effect. SOLUTION: An S-pole 2 and an N-pole 3 are arranged face to face by an electromagnet 1, and chemical reaction power generating tanks 4 each arranged with a positive electrode 5, a negative electrode 6, a separator 7, an electrolytic layer 8 and a catalyst 9 are installed in the magnetic field. During a power generation action by the hydrogen fed from a hydrogen generating fuel guide pipe 10 of methanol or the like and the oxygen fed from an air guide pipe 11, the generation and movement of hydrogen electrons are assisted and accelerated toward the negative electrodes by the action of the magnetic line of force flowing from the S-pole 2 to the N-pole 3, hydrogen ions are attracted by the bonding strength with the oxygen ions of the positive electrodes 5, and a water synthesis is accelerated. When the positive and negative electrodes 5, 6 are made of a magnetic metal such as nickel, the electrodes 5, 6 are magnetized to increase the density of the magnetic line of force, the magnetic force action is increased, and power generation efficiency can be improved. |
