PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image magnifying/reducing device small in hardware scale. SOLUTION: A basic magnification part 11A magnifies an image indicated by inputted image signal to an integral multiple, and filter operation part 12 executes filtering to the output of the basic magnification part 11A. A memory part 14 reduces the output of the filter operation part 12 by writing and reading only the required signal in the output of the filter operation part 12 and a control part 16 controls the circuit blocks performing the magnification by the basic magnification part 11A and the reduction by the memory part 14, the image is arbitrarily magnified or reduced. |
