PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly circulate a cold air from a cooling unit without locally cooling a human body and to further reduce a noise by standardizing an overall structure of a cooler for an icing temperature chamber and alleviating an operation in a job site. SOLUTION: An air suction port 31 is formed at an intermediate position of a front face plate 3 mounted in a frame 1 of the cooler arranged along a wall surface W of an icing temperature chamber R1 in a vertical direction. An air outlet 32 is formed above and/or below the port 31. A plurality of cooling units 2 each having a heat exchanger and a blower are mounted at a position formed with the port 31 of the plate 3, and the entirety is integrally constituted.
