<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that a charging means is never exposed to the outside and make it unnecessary to provide a tank to the external side by insulating a supporting conductor with a conductor holding post, and then providing to an air-tight conductive electrode. SOLUTION: A conductor holding post 13 is composed of an insulator and is provided with a fitting means at an air-tight conductive electrode 71 for fitting with a screw hole 131 at a flange 15 of one end thereof, and a flange 15 at the other end to fit the supporting conductor 2. Shape of flange 15 is identical to that of the flange of supporting conductor 2, namely the diameter of flange 15 is set larger than the diameter of air-tight conductive electrode 71 while diameter of screw, screw pitch, number of screws and outer diameter of flange are identical and thereby it is also possible that the air-tight conductive electrode 71 fitted is perfectly covered with the flange 15. The airtight conductive electrode 71 is exposed to the outside but it is safe because it is insulated by the insulating post 13 and is never operating as the charging means.</p> |
