PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device drive having a clock signal phase difference correcting circuit which does not increase the area for the layout of the drive circuit, while surely eliminating a phase difference between a clock signal and an opposite-phase clock signal. SOLUTION: A clock signal phase difference correcting circuit 500 comprises a first buffer circuit a bistable circuit and a second buffer circuit all of which consist of inverters etc., the second buffer circuit being connected to the output part of the bistable circuit. At least an external clock signal input part is connected to a data line drive circuit 101 or a scanning line drive circuit 104 via the clock signal phase difference correcting circuit 500.
