PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing period of a high frequency device with a desired frequency characteristics and to prevent deterioration in a reflection characteristics, when correcting the characteristics by connecting 1st and 2nd main lines to a 3rd main line and connecting a 1st (2nd) resistor to an open stub of a specific length at a point in the vicinity of a connecting point between the 1st and 3rd (2nd and 3rd) main lines respectively. SOLUTION: The length of a 3rd main line is set to 1/4 wavelength and the length of an open stub to be longer than a quarter-wavelength and shorter than a half-wavelength. The high frequency circuit consists of a 1st main line 12a at an input side, a 2nd main line 12b at an output side, and the 3rd main line 12cλ/4 in length that interconnects the 1st main line 12a and the 2nd main line 12b. The high frequency circuit is provided with 1st and 2nd open stubs 13a, 13b which are placed in the vicinity of the main lines 12 and apart byλ/4 each other and also is provided with 1st and 2nd resistors 14a, 14b which connect respectively with the end of the 1st and 2nd open stubs 13a, 13b. The reflection characteristics is improved by connecting the 1st and 2nd open stubs to the main lines 12 at a distance ofλ/4 so as to cancel a reflected wave.
