<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of kink by providing a hose comprising an inner surface layer tube formed by at least one or more layers of synthetic resin or rubber elastic material with a spring embedded in the interior thereof, and a reinforcement layer surrounding the outer periphery thereof. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic elastomer is taken as an inner surface layer tube 1, a metallic spring 2 is continuously put in a head of an extruder, thermal elastomer material is extruded from the inside and the outside, and further a braided layer 3 of a stainless soft wire is provided on the outside. As the spring 2, mainly a metallic one is preferably used, and desirably the wire diameter ranges from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm. Thus, the spiral, preferably metallic spring is embedded in the inner surface layer tube, whereby the circumferential rigidity of the hose is remarkably increased. Accordingly, the flexibility of the hose is not damaged, and even if the hose is bent, deformation of the hose can be prevented and occurrence of kink can be prevented.</p> |
