PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case capable of surely holding a multi-conductor cable even when the plate thickness of a cable clamping part formed integrally in the shield case is thin. SOLUTION: Cable clamping parts 5 and 25 formed integrally with a main body part for surrounding a part of the outer cover of a multi-conductor cable 30 are provided respectively in an upper shield case 1 and a lower shield case 21. A tab 6a is provided in one end of the cable clamping part 5 of the upper shield case 1, locking pieces 6 are formed in both sides thereof in protruded manners, an opening is provided in the other end, a tab 26a inserted into the opening 7 of the upper shield case 1 is provided in one end of the cable clamping part 5 of the lower shield case 21, locking pieces 26 are formed in both sides thereof in protruded manners and an opening 27 into which the tab 6a of the upper shield case is inserted is provided in the other end.
