摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an appropriate working distance, reaching distance and observation magnification by constituting the titled microscope so that a measuring optical system of a measuring part and an illuminating optical system use in common a part of an inspected body side of an optical system. CONSTITUTION:An illuminating optical system and a measuring optical system are coupled by an optical path switching mirror 19, and a lens 20, a prism 4' and an objective lens 5 which are positioned at the side to be inspected, from the mirror 19 are used in common by both the optical systems. In the course of a regular surgical operation, the optical path switching mirror 19 is in a position of a full line, and an illuminating optical path through which a light beam from an illuminating lamp 2 illuminates an eye to be inspected E through a condenser lens 3, the optical path switching mirror 19, the lens 20, the prism 4' and an objective lens 5 is formed. At the time of measurement by a keratometer, when this switching mirror 19 is moved to a broken line position, a mayer image M is switched to a measuring optical path for forming an image on a photodetecting surface 15 of a two-dimensional CCD camera 14. In such a way, the same working distance, reaching distance and observation magnification as a microscope for surgical operation can be obtained.
