PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely transferable samples to each transfer objective in the case of transferring the samples to plural wells of a container. SOLUTION: A microplate MP of a transfer source comprising plural wells packed with samples is located on a positioning stand 20 and placed and a transfer tool 10 standing plural pins 11 in a matrix state is fitted to the positioning stand 20. The transfer tool 10 is pressed drown from the state against the tensile elasticity of coil springs 25 and the tip of each pin 11 is inserted into each well so as to attach samples to the tips of the pins 11. Then the microplate MP of the transfer objective is located on the position stand 20, placed and the transfer tool 10 comprising the pins 11 to which the samples are stuck is pressed down against the tensile elasticity of the coil springs 25, the pins 11 are inserted into the wells and the samples are simultaneously and accurately transferred to the wells.
