FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: half-finished product is composed of several parts. At least one part has cavity for introducing filler. Parts have tubular portions for connecting composite parts by inserting one tubular portion into other to obtain single enclosure with closed space packed with filler, which has been introduced into at least one part prior to connecting these parts. EFFECT: wider range of macaroni products obtained from half-finished product, reliable placement of filler within macaroni product before assembling and cooking. 7 dwg |
