PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain panty hoses capable of relieving fatigue by promoting metabolism of the body, having heightened heat insulating activities, relaxing body and soul, preventing the propagation of various microorganisms and allowing the panty hoses to be cleanly used. SOLUTION: The panty hoses P are obtained by using a fiber including tourmaline as a part of fibers for the panty hose P. The fiber including the tourmaline includes 0.01-2.0 wt.% of tourmaline particles homogeneously dispersed in a spinning dope and having <=1.0μm particle diameters. The fiber including the tourmaline is obtained using a dope obtained by adding the tourmaline fine particles to the spinning dope, and further an antimicrobial agent and a deodorant agent are added to the obtained dope. The fiber including the tourmaline is used by coiling the fiber around a core yarn of spandex(R) yarn as a spiral. The fiber including the tourmaline is a cupra fiber including the tourmaline.
