PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism with the number of little parts by engaging a pinch arm engagement part with a first substrate engagement part when a second substrate is moved relatively to the first substrate and moving a pinch roller from a tape cassette opening part to the vicinity of a capstan shaft. SOLUTION: A pinch arm 53 is pivoted on a main chassis 8 by a shaft 54, and the pinch roller 55 is provided rotatably on its one end. A pinch pressing arm 56 is provided coaxially with the turning support shaft 54 to be energized/ held integrally by a tortion coil spring 57. A tensile spring 58 is hung between the pinch arm 53 and a sub-chassis 3 to energize the pinch arm 53 counterclockwise. Further, the projection part 59 of the pinch arm 53 is abutted on the wall part 60 of the sub-chassis 3, and the tensile spring 58 drives the pinch arm 53 according to the movement of the sub-chassis 3, and pushes the projection part 59 in the direction of a capstan 50 by the wall part 60 of the sub- chassis 3 when a tape is loaded to bring it to the vicinity.
