PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively maintain operator's visibility of a virtual keyboard even when positional relation between the operator and a display screen is variously changed. SOLUTION: A display control part 7 displays a virtual keyboard 13 correspondingly to a display position on a display screen stored in a display position storing part 5. When one or more application programs are started, the display contents of these application programs are developed and displayed on a display area excluding a viritual keyboard display area 11 to be used for the display of the virtual keyboard 13.
