The device (1) has a covering panel (2) bearing a system formed of an air circulation pipe i.e. air pipe (3) and an electric cable, where the air pipe is fastened to an exterior face (6) of the panel. A lower end i.e. upstream end (26), of the pipe is equipped with a quick disconnect type connection device (27). An upper end i.e. downstream end, of the pipe is opened onto an air outlet formed by a nozzle (24) traversing the covering panel. The downstream end of the pipe is connected to the nozzle by another quick disconnect type connection device (25). An independent claim is also included for an aircraft comprising an interior covering device.
