<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for ensuring the safety of workers in the neighborhood of a cabling apparatus, to perform cable end processing in the cabling vehicle such as a by-pass construction vehicle. SOLUTION: This safety device is provided with a detecting means 24 for detecting workers in the working area in the neighborhood of cabling apparatus of a cabling vehicle. When workers are detected by this detecting means manipulation of cabling apparatus by the manipulating panel 21 and remote manipulating device 22 is restricted by a cable manipulating controller 41 as a restricting means as well as the manipulation by only a sub-manipulating panel 25 is mode valid. With such a structure, safety of workers in the neighborhood of the cabling work can be ensured, while realizing effectiveness of work.</p> |
