摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which is able to operate on an exact predicted value. SOLUTION: A predicted temperature value and power quantity consumed within operating time for one day are inputted in the inputting layer 21 of a neural network 2, to obtain the predicted value of power quantity consumed in a specific time zone from an output layer 23. Based on the predicted value, the progress of power quantity consumed in the load in the operating time zone is predicted, and based on the predicted value, a secondary battery is discharged to relieve the load on a commercial power supply in the operating time zone. By setting the neural network 2, no deviation is generated between output data and teacher's data, therefore it is possible to obtain an exact predicted value of the power quantity consumed.
