<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten manufacturing time without repeating a process such as heating, softening, opening, fusion and the formation of a bridge with every single bridge connection by connecting two sets of collecting tubes by a bridge after simultaneously manufacturing the two sets of collecting tubes composed of first/second two connecting tubes. SOLUTION: The opening parts 11, 12 are formed in the respective connection expected parts of first/second two connecting tubes 21a, 21b and 22a, 22b, one two connecting tubes are fixed and stably held, and the other two connecting tubes are horizontally moved in the moving direction 31 so that the opening parts 11, 12 are contacted to be fused. The bridge connecting part 3b is completed by simultaneously horizontally moving the first two connecting tubes 21a, 21b in the moving direction 32. Thus, since the bridge connecting part 3b is formed by returning to a prescribed interval after fusion by contacting the opening parts 11, 12. Both opening parts 11, 12 can be reliably connected to thereby form the excellent bridge connecting part 3b having no pinhole.</p> |
