PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact fluorescent bulb lamp, in which the mounting structure of a circuit substrate on which electric parts are mounted, to thereby attain miniaturization, and a luminaire in which the compact fluorescent bulb lamp is used. SOLUTION: This compact fluorescent bulb lamp is equipped with an arc tube 16, which is formed as an electrode positioned on its one side, a cover 12 having a base, such a support member 15 that a substrate 18 supporting the electrode side of the arc tube 16 is formed on one-end side, and that an opening is formed on the other-end side, and that a holding rib 22 projecting inside is formed on the inner circumferential surface, and also that a fixing rib 23, comprising a projection having less projecting quantity than the holding rib 22, is formed in the position on the further opening side than the holding rib 22, and a circuit board 14 which is inserted from the opening side of the support member 15 and fixed by the holding rib 22 and the fixing rib 23. Miniaturization is attained and a manufacturing process is simplified by this formation, to thereby enable to provide a compact fluorescent lamp, which is excellent in appearances as a commodity, and a luminair in which the compact lamp is used. |
