JOINT STRUCTURE OF LAMINATED PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of laminated panels which makes a panel body lightweight and improve the balance of the panel body and at the same time, forms the panel body with an even surface and a good-looking appearance. SOLUTION: In the joint structure of laminated panels 1. each of which consists of a pair of facings 2 and cell-type cores 3 interposed between the facings 2, a joint material 10 comprising paired facings 11 and cell-type cores 12 interposed between the facings 11, is provided between the both facings at the contact part between the laminated panels 1. Further, the joint material 10 and both facings 2 of the laminated panel 1 are tightly laminated by frictional stirring bonding with the help of a tool 20 having a friction pin 21 fitted in a highly rotatable manner.
