<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector integrated stator for electromagnetic clutch in which a fusing part of a coil terminal wire with a terminal is not affected by the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between a metallic housing and a resin coupler, and the breakage of the coil terminal wire can be prevented. SOLUTION: A fusing part 39 of a coil terminal wire 26 of an electromagnetic coil 21 with a terminal 31 of a connector 23 is located inside a coupler 33 to avoid a boundary part of a metallic housing 22 and the resin coupler 33. In addition, the fusing part 39 is located at the position so that a round bending part 32 on a base end side is larger than the fusing part 39. Even when the fusing part is affected by the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the housing 22 and the coupler 33, the stress is exerted in the direction where the round bending part 32 of the coil terminal wire 26 is deflected, and the stress concentration to the round bending part 32 of the coil terminal wire 26 can be eliminated.</p> |
