PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bias type valve assembly for transmission, which uses a pressurized fluid for preventing undeliberate change of condition resulting from a drop of the pressure. SOLUTION: A valve assembly 310 used in a control system to control a shift actuator 220 of an aux. transmission part is equipped with a three-position valve 312, override means 314, and bias means 330. If the valve 312 is pressed from the first position 324 to the third position 328 in the condition that the override means 314 and a display means 204 work in cooperation and the main transmission part is in the coupled condition, a pressurized fluid bias is applied to both shifts of valve to execute the aux. part range change, which prevents undeliberate range change in the event of a drop or loss of the fluid pressure. As a result, no conditional change in the valve will be generated, which is likely in a conventional type valve biased by a spring. |
