PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power for indoor ventilation unnecessary and increase the efficiency of a heat pump by utilizing the waste heat of indoor ventilation for a heat source of cooling, heating and hot-water supplying. SOLUTION: The function of an integrated cooling, heating, hot-water supplying and ventilating device is constituted of a compressor 3 for a heat pump, an expansion valve 4, a condenser 5, an evaporator 6 and a control panel 7 other than a heat pump heat exchanging fan 2 while the waste heat of indoor ventilation is utilized for the heat source of cooling, heating and hot-water supplying. The condenser 5 of the heat pump is provided with two functions of a condenser for heating and the same for supplying hot-water while the condenser for hot-water supplying is used to reserve hot-water in a hot-water supplying tank 8. Outdoor air, taken into a living house, is taken into an indoor air outlet port 10-1 through an outdoor air intake port 9-1 at a part faced to south, whereat warm-air is readily stored, upon heating while the same air is supplied by an indoor outlet port 10-2 through an outdoor air intake port 9-2 at a cool part faced to north upon cooling. The device is constituted of a slim and square type whereby a plurality of sets of the device can be combined in accordance with the scale of a building or the device can be employed as a built-in type. |
